These Investment Terms govern your participation in any investment plan, yield programme, or equity strategy offered through Tesla Invest. By subscribing to any investment product on the Platform, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Investment Products
Tesla Invest offers digital investment strategies aligned with Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) and the broader clean-energy ecosystem. Our products include automated yield plans, live equity participation, and AI-driven portfolio management. All investment returns represent projected targets only. They are not guaranteed, and actual results may differ materially from any projections or historical data presented.
Investment plans on this Platform are not regulated financial products in all jurisdictions. Tesla Invest does not hold a regulated investment advisory licence. Before investing, you are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser in your country of residence.
2. Plan Structure
Each investment plan has the following characteristics, clearly disclosed on the Plans page before you commit funds:
- Duration: The fixed term during which your capital is actively managed. Durations range from 7 days to 365 days depending on the chosen plan.
- Target ROI: The projected annualised return rate. This is a target, not a guarantee.
- Payout Frequency: How often accrued returns are credited to your platform balance (daily, weekly, or at maturity).
- Minimum and Maximum Ticket: The minimum and maximum deposit amounts accepted per plan subscription.
- Capital Return: Unless explicitly marked otherwise, your original principal is returned at plan maturity. Plans marked "No Capital Return" incorporate principal into the total payout schedule.
3. Subscriptions and Activation
A plan subscription becomes active upon confirmation of your deposit by the Platform. Pending deposits that have not yet been confirmed by our team or the payment network will not generate yield. You will receive a timestamped, signed PDF invoice for every confirmed subscription.
Once active, a plan may not be cancelled or withdrawn early except under specific conditions (see Section 6: Early Termination).
4. Yield Accrual and Payments
Yield is accrued according to the payout frequency specified in your plan. For daily accrual plans, yield is calculated on the invested principal and credited to your platform balance each day at midnight UTC. Accrued yield can be viewed in real time on your Dashboard and will be included in your transaction history and downloadable invoices.
Yield payments are made in the same currency as your deposit. The Platform reserves the right to adjust or pause accruals in the event of extreme market volatility, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events, with notice to affected users.
5. Risk Disclosure Summary
Investing involves risk. The following risks apply to all Tesla Invest products:
- Market Risk: Tesla share price and digital asset valuations can decline significantly and rapidly. Your investment value may decrease below the original principal.
- Liquidity Risk: During the plan term, your capital is locked. You may not be able to access your funds until the plan matures.
- Platform Risk: Technology failures, cybersecurity incidents, or regulatory changes may impact platform availability or operations.
- Currency Risk: If you invest in a currency different from your domestic currency, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the real-world value of your returns.
- Concentration Risk: Tesla Invest strategies are concentrated in Tesla Inc. and related sectors. Adverse developments in the electric vehicle industry may disproportionately affect returns.

6. Early Termination
Investment plans are designed to run to full maturity. Early cancellation may be granted at the sole discretion of the Platform under the following conditions:
- A verified medical emergency or severe financial hardship, supported by documentation;
- A regulatory directive or court order;
- Platform-initiated cancellation due to changes in operational or regulatory status.
In all approved early termination cases, accrued yield may be forfeited or prorated. The original principal will be returned minus any applicable early exit fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. To apply for an early exit, contact us via the Support Centre.
7. Fees
Tesla Invest does not charge management fees on investment plans. However, the following fees may apply:
- Withdrawal Fee: A network or processing fee applies to all withdrawals. The exact amount is disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal request.
- Early Exit Fee: Applicable only in approved early termination cases (see Section 6).
- Currency Conversion Fee: If a currency conversion is required to process your deposit or withdrawal, a conversion spread may apply.
There are no hidden or undisclosed fees. All charges are presented clearly before any transaction is confirmed.
8. AI-Managed Yield Plans
Tesla Invest offers AI-driven yield plans powered by our proprietary engine. These plans use market data, trend analysis, and automated risk management to propose and execute daily yield targets. Key conditions of AI-managed plans include:
- The AI system sets daily yield targets that are realistic based on current market conditions. Targets may vary each day.
- The AI system includes a drawdown protection mechanism that pauses yield accrual and preserves capital if Tesla stock weakens beyond defined thresholds.
- You retain ownership of your staked capital at all times and can view all AI decisions in your transaction log.
9. Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your investment returns in your country of residence. Tesla Invest does not withhold tax on behalf of investors and does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional. Transaction records and PDF invoices available in your Transactions section can assist with your tax reporting.
10. Amendments
Tesla Invest reserves the right to modify these Investment Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to affected users at least 14 days in advance. Continued participation in any active plan following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
